Our Seed Cycling Moondust is made with raw, ground, unroasted, and unsalted seeds as per your menstrual phase, along with chia seeds and coconut flakes. Moondust gives you the nutrient boost that you need whilst being the perfect addition to breakfast smoothies, bows, oats, or porridge of choice. They have a subtle nuttiness and texture that is easy to digest to guarantee maximising nutrient benefit and absorption.
Phase One: Flax and Pumpkin, Day 1 to 14 As your period starts/the 1st day of a lunar month, this mix is used for its generous offering as phytoestrogens, helping to regulate estrogen levels, as well as their anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids, and plant-based protein.
Phase Two: Sesame and Sunflower, Day 15 to 28 With ovulation, sesame and sunflower seeds are introduced. Rich in omega 6 fatty acids, zinc to support progesterone production, and fibre to aid digestive health.
