3. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption and no credit/debit card details are stored on the website.

1. We courier nationwide.
2. Orders will be processed within seven (7) working days and handed over to our courier company for delivery. A delivery fee applies to orders.
3. Your orders through this website will be delivered to your chosen and stated address within the allotted time period as set out in your order confirmation, depending on your location.
4. Delivery times vary. On average you can expect deliveries to metropolitan area addresses i.e. Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein  within seven (7) working days. Outlying areas expect delivery between 10 – 15 working days.
5. All orders over R500 receive FREE shipping, nationwide.

1. You are welcome to cancel any purchase within three (3) days of the order date, without reason or penalty. You will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase amount, which will be made to you within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
2. There will be no refund, or return of sale or promotional items.
3. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery and provide proof of damage to receive a replacement or refund. Ensure that such products remain sealed and unopened/used, and use your order number as provided during order confirmation as reference.
4. Under no circumstances will any products that have been opened, and/or used be accepted for return or refund, it being your responsibility to inspect the products immediately upon delivery, prior to the use thereof.
5. Customers may be offered a replacement or refund of their order, however shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Moon's total liability arising out of or in connection with the content or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the content to you.

You expressly understand and agree that Moon, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.
3. You acknowledge and agree that Moon holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you as a result of providing your content to the website.
